(2)是不是猎头公司会对个人进行全面分析去帮他定位?
不会，因为猎头公司的收费对象是招聘企业，对求职者是免费的。本着谁付费谁受益的原则，猎头公司只是在为企业找对的人，不向求职者负责。  |
